Find a test session that fits your skater and your coach’s goals/needs.

• Register for a test at CCSC

Find a test session that fits your skater and your coach’s goals/needs.

• Register for a test elsewhere

*Remember to make the max distance large enough to include the entire US (ex: 5,000 miles)

Fill out the permission to test form

Fill out the name and likeness release form

Print the affidavit and have it ready to bring onto the ice when you test
